Amy Lammert, Director of Programs and Operations
Amy was born and raised in Palmetto, Florida. She attended Central Florida University and worked as a photographer at Walt Disney World and graduated with a Bachelors in Computer Animation in 2001. Shortly after, Amy met her husband, Alex, a recent graduate of the Air Force Academy, on a Caribbean cruise. They were married in 2004 and started their life moving around the country to different Air Force bases before settling down in Santa Maria, CA in 2011. Amy has achieved her Masters degree in Education and Technology. Amy has worked in different capacities over the years, and found a job opportunity to work at a senior center in December 2019 and she GOT THE JOB! Little did she know what an amazing place OASIS is for the community, and for herself! Amy has grown at OASIS and has settled into the role of Director of Operation and Programs!
Stephanie Stadtmiller, Office Assistant
Stephanie was born in San Diego, raised in Torrance, CA and relocated to Orcutt in 1993 with her family where she currently lives. She enjoys spending time with her three sons and their families, and loves being a ‘Grammy’ to her five grandchildren. She joined the OASIS Center in November of 2021 and loves the opportunity of working for a non-profit. Stephanie enjoys all her wonderful coworkers and members she is able to serve. Seeing the members smiling faces and being so happy when they’re at the OASIS Center is but one of the many reasons she enjoys working there. Stephanie’s true calling seems to be serving others and volunteering as she is also a member of the Elks Lodge and does a lot of volunteering there; she is also is a member of Altrusa of the Central Coast. When not volunteering she enjoys going to the dog park with her dog ‘Maggie Mae’, wine tasting with her friends, kayaking, live music and enjoying all of the wonderful events offered on the Central Coast.
Krissy Arnal-Mougeotte, Social Media & Event Coordinator
Krissy was born and raised in the Santa Maria Valley and attended schools in Orcutt School District. She graduated from Righetti High School in 2003. In 2005, Krissy met her now husband and got married in 2010 in front of 300 of their closest friends and family. Krissy has volunteered for many different non-profit organizations (American Cancer Society, local 4H groups, Angel Gowns for Dignity & Santa Maria Valley Contractors Association to name a few). She has a passion for planning events and fundraisers; this is where her heart is! Krissy has two children (7 yr old & 3 yr old) and owns Events by Krissy (an event planning & coordinating company in Santa Maria Valley). She started volunteering in 2016 on the OASIS Center’s Gala Committee. Here first memory of the OASIS Center is celebrating her great grandmother’s (Laura Claborn) birthday party in the early 90’s. For 6 years she had been volunteering on the OASIS Gala Committee and in November of 2021 was hired as the Social Media & Event Coordinator.
Aranya Lutz, Developmental Assistant
Aranya has been a resident of the Central Coast since 2005, before that she was traveling the world with her State Department family. She was born in Thailand in the city of Tak. Aranya is the youngest of four girls! This is her first time working for a nonprofit organization, but has worked with seniors for over 6 years as a day program instructor. She is currently a student at Allan Hancock College where she is majoring in English with a focus on Mass Communication/Media Journalism. On weekends, Aranya works at The Homestead here in Old Orcutt! She has a huge passion for cooking and in her free time you can find her in the kitchen cooking for her family and friends.
Leticia Jenkins, Accountant
Born and raised in our charming small town of Santa Maria, California, Leticia Jenkins brings a genuine passion for community and a dedication to making a difference. Having attended Valley View Christian Academy, she developed strong values and a commitment to service from an early age. After graduating with her MBA from Cal Poly, SLO Leticia embarked on a remarkable journey in the field of accounting. In 1991, she began her career with a local farming company, where she gained invaluable experience in financial processes, payroll and financial analysis. Over the years, Leticia Jenkins honed her expertise in various aspects of accounting, including budgeting, auditing, and financial reporting. Motivated by a deep desire to contribute to local causes and make a positive impact, Leticia Jenkins is thrilled to join OASIS. She strongly believes in the power of community-driven initiatives and is excited to utilize her skills and knowledge to further OASIS mission. She is eager to bring her expertise, passion, and commitment to OASIS working alongside a dedicated team. Outside of her professional endeavors, Leticia Jenkins enjoys immersing herself in reading about physics, watching sports and hiking. These activities not only provide a much-needed balance but also fuel her creativity and enhance her problem-solving skills. With her deep-rooted connections to Orcutt, Ca and a genuine desire to give back, Leticia Jenkins is poised to excel in her new role and contribute to the growth and success of OASIS.

Lee Ann Luongo, Grant Writer
Lee Ann was born in Maine, and raised in New Hampshire. She moved to California in 1994 and has 4 children, 6 grandchildren with another grandbaby arriving in February. Lee Ann has spent 30 years working in the non-profit sector, 20 of those for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County. She loves to do home repairs with her husband (especially when she gets to use the Miter Saw), take walks with her dog, and loves to entertain family and friends. Lee Ann has always had an interest in our older generation, her grandmother and great aunt were her best friends growing up. She new OASIS was going to be a perfect fit. Lee Ann enjoys conversing with seniors and is always amazed at the vast amount of knowledge they have and the tremendous sacrifices many have made in their lives. It is important to Lee Ann that she be a part of the solution that helps seniors enjoy a quality of life through the many programs OASIS has to offer.

The OASIS board of directors meets at 8:30 a.m. on the second Thursday of each month at Vivid Financial.
Julie Darrah, Board Chair
Julie joined the Board in 2021. She is the Co-Founder and President of Vivid Financial Management, bringing more than 25 years of financial planning experience to the OASIS Center.
Shiloh A. Flagg, Vice Board Chair
Shiloh is a local real estate broker for Keller Williams. She is also a volunteer for numerous local nonprofits. She has served on the OASIS board since 2019.
Delores Luis, Honorary Vice Board Chair
Delores is a retired library assistant and has served on the OASIS board since 2008.
Bethany Brewington Cox, Secretary
Bethany is an Information Technology Project Manager with the County of Santa Barbara. She is also active member and volunteer with Pacific Christian Center, as well as Pacific Christian School Board Member. She has served on the OASIS board since 2018.
Leanne Gregory, Treasurer
Paul Klock
Paul is a chemist retired from a career with the federal government. He has been on the OASIS board since 2014.
Don Flagg
Don is our newest Board member, joining our group in April, 2022. He is long-time and devoted Orcutt resident and supporter. He recently retired (mostly!) as a contractor and electrician. His experience will be invaluable with getting our building through the construction process!
