Feel Good Yoga
This class focuses on stretch and relaxation; to strengthen the core muscles of the body, helping to prevent back pain and to gain flexibility and balance. $2.50 per class (first class free).

The OASIS Board of Directors meets once a month.

Tai Chi
Gentle stretching with a focus on balance, core, and movements for arthritis. The goal is to be out of pain and to feel and look better. For all levels, standing and sitting. $3 per session.

Hiking & Adventure Club: Vega Vineyard and Farm
Meet at Vega Vineyard and Farm, 9496 Santa Rosa Road, Buellton. Led by John Parke.
Call the office to RSVP or get more details: 805-937-9750. OASIS Staff will call you the day before to confirm your reservations, tell you directions, and give any updates. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and dress in layers.

Lunches are served from 11:30am – 12:30pm Tuesdays & Thursdays at the OASIS Center.
Price donation: $6 members and $12 for non-members
Meal tickets must be purchases by 12pm the Friday before.
Meal options vary. No special requests or substitutions.
