Aerobics
The main purpose of this class is to increase cardiovascular strength, strengthen muscles and bones, and improve balance, all while having fun to lively music. $2.50 per class or $25 per month.

Men’s Coffee Time
Join other gentlemen for coffee.

Knitting & Crocheting
This group spends time knitting or crocheting their own project. They learn and teach each other techniques and various patterns. They are patient and willing to work with beginners. $5 per month donation.

Arthritis Exercise
Increases strength, range of motion and flexibility through movement. Free.
11:30 am
Beginner & Intermediate Ukulele
Meets immediately prior to the ukulele band for instruction. Free.
12:30 pm
Ukulele Band
A popular activity for our members. The ukulele band practices every week and plays gigs throughout the month.
1:00 pm
Rummikub
A tile-based game for two to four players, combining elements of the card game rummy and mahjong. Meets weekly. The 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month are for beginners. Free.

Bereavement
This grief group provides support and counseling from Certified Grief Counselors for those who are newly bereaved. Anyone who has suffered a recent significant loss is welcome to join.

Restorative Yoga
This class is a restful practice with limited movement and will help calm your mind and body for a restful night’s sleep. $5 per class.
